Members of our executive staff as well as our consultants speak around the country and internationally on a regular basis. You can email us directly for more information. We are also in the process of adding to our website video clips highlighting our speakers at conferences and schools. If you subscribe to our mailing list, we can notify you when these video clips are available for you to see.

Can the company provide services that are not listed on your site (like phone and web-based conferencing)?
Definitely. As educators ourselves, we understand your busy schedules and multitude of demands. We tailor our services to meet your needs, so if you would benefit from a weekly phone or video conference to assist you on a specific project, let us know and we will work with you.

Can I request a specific person from the company to work with our school?
Yes, and depending on our schedule, we will do our best to accomodate you. Since most schools have set days for staff development, our calendar fills up very quickly, so please book your staff member well in advance of your desired date.

Do you conduct specific training and evaluation on educational leaders?
Yes. Our company has an innovative 360 leadership assessment instrument that allows educational leaders to be assessed by up to 20 of their peers. Participants will receive an approximately 70-page assessment, which will be used to design, implement, and monitor a personal leadership growth plan via on-site and web-based training.
