Edwards Educational Services is pleased to now offer its new Educational Leadership Inventory (ELI) is a 360-degree assessment that specifically addresses the needs of educators.
The ELI 360-degree assessment is process that analyzes information from an individual, peers, superiors and subordinates. The ELI is designed to identify an educator’s leadership strengths, as well as areas where he or she needs additional focus and training.
The ELI is a key part of the Leadership Development Program from Edwards Educational Services. This comprehensive program assists participants in:
- developing personal leadership growth plans;
- establishing the leadership network they need to create a culture of ownership for all educational stakeholders;
- maximizing their leadership competencies and equipping them with the adaptive skills they need to manage resources effectively; and
- gaining the collaborative skills and curriculum monitoring expertise they need to build a data-driven system where all students can succeed.
The ELI looks at participants’ leadership skills in 5 key areas:
- Vision
- Student Achievement
- Management Skill
- Emotional Intelligence
- Culture and Climate
Each participant will receive a detailed report that highlights their areas of strenght and the improvement opportunities and will have the opportunity to discuss these results with an Edwards Educational Services consultant and create a custom leadership development plan.
