The Masters of Success
What does it take to be a master of success? How is success defined? Inside this book you will find more than one answer to both of those questions as well as tips and ideas on how you can be a success in your own life. In addition to an interview with Steve Edwards, you’ll also hear from Ken Blanchard (The One Minute Manager), Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup for the Soul), John Christensen (Fish! Tales), and more.

Six Pillars of Dynamic Schools, by Steven Edwards and Paul Chapman
This book uncovers an often overlooked truth—effective change is the product of hard work and dedication. Dynamic schools result from consistent and redundant focus on the fundamental core elements affecting teachers and students. What sets this book apart is its focus on how schools leaders do business, instead of on what these leaders should do.

The Student Assistance Center, by Steven Edwards
Published by Solution Tree, this book walks schools through the process of developing, implementing, and sustaining a center that improves the culture and climate of schools, and reduces incidents of violence.  During Dr. Edwards’ tenure as principal of East Hartford High School, he and his staff developed the Center to provide wrap-around services to students.  This book offers invaluable guidance for creating a centralized array of on-site support and enrichment programs.

iLead 21: Novice Leader, by Rebecca Edwards
iLead 21 is a progressive leadership development experience for middle and high school students.  The iLead 21 Novice leaders learn the basics of leadership theory and skills, and practice them through their iLead job and company responsibilities.  Student leaders also learn how to apply the 5 iLead principles to their own lives, and work on moving up the first 7 of 21 rungs in the iLead Leadership Ladder.

iLead 21: Emerging Leader, by Rebecca Edwards

During the second stage of iLead 21, Emerging Leaders apply all that they have learned as Novice leaders in self-created tasks in a variety of topic areas.  Emerging Leaders form their own company and work in different group configurations with other iLeaders from their school and from other schools around the country.  Emerging Leaders continue to implement the 5 iLead principles in their lives and deepen their ability to lead themselves.
