How can schools really prepare students for success in our world today? What skills are needed for youth to thrive in a global context? How can we engage students in ways that prepare them for college, careers, and citizenship?
.
Through leadership skill practice and development! Find out more about our iLead 21 Experience for middle and high school students by reading excerpts from our Stage One Novice book. iLead 21 is a three year, progressive leadership development program that focuses on 5 key leadership principles. Students form a company and progress through a series of leadership problem-based leadership development tasks. As they earn tokens, they move up through 21 levels of the Leadership Development Ladder and refine the skills needed to lead themselves, and lead the world. iLeaders also join a closed networking site to collaborate virtually with leaders from other schools, and to interact with and learn from established leaders from diverse for- and non-profit industries.
Check out the iLead Store Front, where students design and create products for iLead 21.
